They say....

Self Portrait

It's funny to me, that all of you say, without exception the same words and phrases.
"Your skin is so very soft it's as smooth as silk, impossible to resist.
" Your voice soothes me and brings me peace-
your whispers caress my soul-
your songs bring healing-
your laughter lifts my spirits, Speak and I'll be freed."
"Your perfect, so petite in stature yet powerful and strong."
"Your eyes mesmerize and look deep into my soul."
These are but a few of the many accolades I hear.
But at the end of the day, I'm left alone.
All of you said the right words and convinced me to love.
Time and time again I empty myself , filling you with my essence making you whole.
Leaving me void.

We all fall

My step does falter, I stumble and fall.

My perception wears a veil and eludes my wretched path.

It is clear I can not trust my sences to serve lucidity.

I fall down on my knees and call " Lord guide me from this maze of decaying walls".
He responds at once with Love and offers me His essence, the body and the blood.
My way has been clouded with the reality of The Fall.
Since Eden my flesh has warred, yearning to be consumed by evil and away from my true call.
A thousand times I stumble and a thousand times He calls.
Come to Me my child and rest in the busom of My love.
Receive the gift of grace as an offering for all that has been lost.
I'll not leave you nor forsake you, stand by you in times of doubt, hold you up when you are weak and fight for you at every turn.
This world is not my home, merely a place to collect lost souls.
Lord lift me when I've fallen and teach me to stand tall that I may shine my light eternal.

Darkness can not exist where there is light.

Look into my eyes and find the depth that is my soul.

Do not linger there too long for fear you will lose your way within the entrance to my galaxy.

Let my reality be light to reflect our combined truth to souls caught in despair.

Let us guide them out into the brightness of day where the full noon's sun bathes their darkness away.

Let not the dark of night tear at them, pulling them apart, separating them away from the truth they're destined to impart.
 Seek not~but sense your truth~sitting out for the world to view.

Touch the light with it's warm consuming love.
 No doubts or questions left just recognition.

I recognize you, my heart and soul jumped at the re-union of our spirits.

I saw you and knew you from the start.

I celebrate at the thought of like-beings existing~to share in the oneness of the universe, beyond all that's comprehensible, I welcome all who understand this.

All connected and vital,  uniquely equipped for the journey which guides us back to the source of love.
